Paneer Parathas
Ingredients:

3 cups whole wheat flour
2 tbsp vegetable shortening or ghee
Salt to taste
For the stuffing:
8 oz crumbled paneer
1 onion, diced
1tbsp chopped coriander leaves
3green chillies, finely chopped
Salt to taste
Method:
Mix all the stuffing ingredients together and keep it aside.
Sieve the flour with salt . Add ghee and enough water to make a soft dough.
Divide the dough into 10 balls. Roll out each ball of dough.
Smear a little ghee on it and place the panneer mixture in the center.
Fold the chapathi and again rollout lightly.
Lightly fry the paratha on the griddle on both the sides.
Serve hot with butter.
This can be served with any main course dish and raita.
