Paneer Jalfrezi
Ingredients:
200 gms Paneer,sliced
150 gms Carrot,sliced
100 gms Capsicum,sliced
100 gms Onions,sliced
4 Red chillies
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
2 tsp vinegar
6 tbsp Tomato sauce
70 gms Refined oil
Salt to taste
Method:
Pour little water in a bowl, add paneer,carrot, capsicum and onion pieces let them simmer and cover with the lid.
Cook till the pieces are cooked and tender, add tomato sauce and stir it.
On another burner put a large saucepan over medium heat, pour oil and fry red chillies, cumin seeds.
Also add ginger-garlic paste,red chilli powder, vinegar and salt to the saucepan.
Cover with the lid and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes. Pour this mixture over paneer and vegetables.
Serve hot with Naan or coconut rice.
