Chicken Keema (ground chicken) curry
Ingredients:
Ground chicken : 1 lb
onions : 2 (medium size)
Cut Mixed vegetables : 8 Oz
ginger-garlic paste : 1tbsp
Masaala powder : 2tbsp
Redchilli powder : 2tbsp
Salt : 2tbsp
Turmericpowder : 1/4 tbsp
oil : 5tbsp
Method:
Put a big saucepan on the stove top and pour oil in it.
Fry chopped onions in the pan, add ginger-garlic paste ,turmeric powder.
Add cut mixed vegetables,salt and redchilli powder.Cover with the lid.
After a while put washed ground chicken in it,stir it and put the lid on.
Stir it intermittently and cook for about 20 minutes or so. until it becomes a thick mass.
Add Garam masaala and cook for another 10 mins.
Turn off the flame.
