Chilli Chicken

Ingredients:

Chicken              : 500 gms
Ginger-garlic paste  : 1 tbsp
Ginger               : 1/4 inch
Garlic               : 4 pods
Redchilli powder     : 1 tbsp
Salt                 : 2 tbsp
Soy sauce            : 3 tbsp
Corn starch          : 1 tbsp
Ajinamoto            : 3 pinches
Onion springs        : 1 bunch
Maggi hot sauce      : 2 tbsp
Tamoto ketchup       : 3 tbsp
Vanigar              : 1/2 tbsp
Garam masaala        : 1 tbsp
Pepper               : 1/2 tbsp
Oil                  : 500 ml

Method:

Marinate chicken with corn starch, ginger-garlic paste, soy sauce, Red chilli powder, salt, Ajinamoto for 1 hour
Deep fry the marinated chicken in the oil and keep aside.
Put oil in the woke and add redchilli powder, garam masaala in it.
Add ginger-garlic (cut into small pieces) and cut onion springs (half in the beginning).
Put soya sauce, Ajinamoto and vinegar.
Now add hot sauce and ketchup stir it.
Add fried chicken pieces to the above mix and stir it.
Again add the remaining cut onion springs.
Put salt and pepper and add corn starch in the water and mix it to the chicken.
Cook for 3 more mins and turn off the burner.
