Method:

Cut Cauliflower into medium (large) florets in a big bowl.
Add cut beans, cabbage and grated carrot. Also add ginger-garlic paste, green chilli paste, corn flour, all purpose flour and salt.
Mix them well, make sure you get a sticky mixture.
Put a deep fry pan on the stove, pour oil in it.
While the oil is boiling, drop the florets along with the above mixture, fry them until they turn into golden color and become crispier.
put them aside and get another saucepan rest it over the stove top.
Pour some oil in the saucepan. Fry chopped garlic in it.
Add soya sauce, then tomato ketchup to it along with cut onion springs.
Now add these fried florets in it and mix them well. Turn off the stove.
Garnish with chopped corriander leaves.

If you are planning to make it as a gravy curry which can go with fried rice or Naan then after you added ketchup in the above procedure, add cornflour (mix 1 tsp of cornflour in the little water), then add fried florets and finally garnish with the chopped corriander.
