Kaaza
Ingredients:
All purpose flour:1 cup
Ghee:6 tbsp
Rice flour:1 tbsp
Baking soda:2 pinches
Sugar:1 1/2 cups
Method:
Mix all purpose flour with baking soda,add ghee and water to make a dough. Cover with damp cloth for 1 1/2 hours.
Prepare a mixture with 3 tbsp ghee and rice flour.
Put a big sauce pan on the stove pour sugar and same amount of wate, bring it to boil.
Make 2 big round rotis with the rollpin.
Apply the rice flour mixture on each roti and lay one on top of another.
Roll it and cut into small pieces approximately 20-22.
Take each small piece and roll it lengthwise.
Put oil in a frying pan on stove.
Drop those long pieces in oil, and fry them until they turn into light golden color.
Take them out and drop them in the syrup.
Drain the syrup, arrange them in a plate.
