Egg cutlets
Ingredients:
Eggs:2
Boiled rice:1 cup
Tomato sauce:1/4 tbsp
Coriander:2 tbsp
Onion:1
green chillies:2
Salt:1 tbsp
Breadcrumbs:1 tbsp
1 beaten egg for coating.
Oil for frying.
Method:
Boil the eggs and chop them.
Add chopped onion, chopped chillies and chopped coriander leaves.
Add boiled rice,salt and tomato sauce,mash it well.
Divide into four portions and make each into a cutlet.
Beat an egg in a bowl.
Dip in the beaten egg, roll in the bread crumbs mix and make it deep fry.
Serve hot.
