Cottage cheese Pakodas
Ingredients:
Maida:1 cup
Cottage cheese:1 cup
Onions(cut):1 cup
ginger-chilli paste:2tbsp
Coriander(chopped):1 bunch
Salt: a pinch or to taste
Oil for frying
Method:
Mix all the above ingredients
Heat oil in a frying pan.
Make small dumplings and drop them in the oil.
Fry until they turn into light brown color.
Serve hot with some chutney(green chutney or sweet chutney).
