Cabbage Pakoda
Ingredients
Besan Flour – 3/4 cup
Grated Cabbage – 1 cup
All purpose Flour – 1/4 Cup
Rice Flour – 3 tsp
Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1/2 tsp
Green Chilli Paste – 1 tsp
chopped Corriander – half bunch
Salt – to taste
Oil – for frying
Method
Mix all ingredients except oil with water to make a thick batter.
Pour oil in the deep pan for frying in medium flame.
When the Oil is ready, fry batter in small dumplings until they turn golden brown.
Serve with coconut chutney or tomoto chutney. This will make enough pakoda to serve 4 people and makes a good afternoon snack with Tea.
